Do you work remotely?
Discovery Weeks require on-site presence. We cannot accurately map what we cannot see. Build phases are conducted remotely from our studio.
What stack do you use?
We are technology agnostic, but prefer no-code/low-code tools (Zapier, Make, Airtable) combined with custom Python/Node scripts when necessary.
Why 'Quantitative Ethnography'?
Ethnography gives us the 'why' and 'how' of human behavior in your office. Quantitative metrics give us scale. Combining them prevents solving the wrong issue.
How soon can you start?
We take on a maximum of two build engagements per quarter. Please inquire for our current field schedule.
What is the deliverable for Discovery Week?
You receive a complete architectural workflow map, a friction report detailing hours lost per task, and an prioritized remediation blueprint.
How do you handle intellectual property?
100% of custom scripts, automation routines, and documentation produced during the engagement belong exclusively to your business.
What happens if a build phase runs long?
We operate on fixed pricing. If additional time is required to fulfill the defined scope, we absorb the cost without overages.
Can we hire you for ongoing advisory?
We offer quarterly architecture reviews for existing clients, but our primary focus is building systems that eliminate reliance on consultants.
What size companies do you work with?
We partner with growth-stage businesses (15–200 employees) where operational friction is actively constraining leadership focus.
Do you sign NDAs before initial calls?
Yes. Mutual non-disclosure agreements are standard prior to receiving access to operational data or proprietary process details.
How are payment terms structured?
Discovery Weeks are paid 100% upfront. Build engagements are divided into 50% deposit and 50% upon deployment.
What involvement is required from our team?
Minimal interruption. During Discovery, we shadow daily work without slowing team output. Weekly 30-minute syncs keep leadership aligned.
